Q. What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 4 PM.
Closed on all STAT holidays.

Q. Where can I park?
Free parking is available in the Baker Street Professional Centre’s main parking lot.
Q. Do I need a requisition from a physician?
Yes, we only perform x-ray exams that have been referred by a physician.
X-RAY SERVICES
Q. Do I need an appointment?
You do not need an appointment for an X-ray. We accept both walk-ins and appointments. You can either visit us directly or call ahead to schedule an appointment if you prefer.

Q. What should I bring to my X-ray examination?
Please bring your provincial Health Care Card and a requisition form from your doctor. Your physician may also fax the requisition directly to us.
Q. How should I prepare for my X-ray exam?
Avoid wearing metal or thick plastic in the area to be X-rayed if possible. You may be asked to wear a gown or remove jewelry during the examination.
Q. How do I get my X-ray results?
1. Contact your physician to discuss your results. Physicians typically receive the report within 24-48 hours.
2. Results will be uploaded on the Interior Health MyHealth Portal 4 days after the imaging report is generated.
3. You can pick up your results at the clinic 4 days after the report is made:
• A printed copy of your report is available free of charge.
• X-ray images can be provided on a CD for a fee.
