GENERAL FAQ

Q. What are your hours of operation?

Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM.
Saturday: 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
Closed on all STAT holidays.

Q. Where are you located?

  • • We are located on the lower level of Lansdowne Village Shopping Centre at:
    107-450 Lansdowne Street, Kamloops, BC, V2C 1Y3.
  • • Access via stairs or elevator near Senior Froggy's, or through the underground parkade behind London Drugs on the same level as the clinic.

Q. Where can I park?

Free parking is available in:
• The main parking lot near Senior Froggy's.
• The underground covered parkade behind London Drugs.

Q. Do I need a requisition from a physician?

Yes, we only perform x-ray and ultrasound exams that have been referred by a physician.

X-RAY SERVICES

Q. Do I need an appointment?

We do not currently take appointments. All X-ray exams are performed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. What should I bring to my X-ray examination?

Please bring your provincial Health Care Card and a requisition form from your doctor. Your physician may also fax the requisition directly to us.

Q. How should I prepare for my X-ray exam?

Avoid wearing metal or thick plastic in the area to be X-rayed if possible. You may be asked to wear a gown or remove jewelry during the examination.

Q. How do I get my X-ray results?

1. Contact your physician to discuss your results. Physicians typically receive the report within 24-48 hours.

2. Results will be uploaded on the Interior Health MyHealth Portal 4 days after the imaging report is generated.

3. You can pick up your results at the clinic 4 days after the report is made:
• A printed copy of your report is available free of charge.
• X-ray images can be provided on a CD for a fee.
